Seemed better back then, and it still is better. Las Venturas was too big back than for our player base.

The second time we moved to LS was because most tier 0's wanted to move. There was a big meeting containing all tier 0's and they got to pick the HQ's before the move. Now not only the tier 0's opinion mattered, the rest of the server agreed as well of course.
Their reasons were:
More places to RP.
More houses.
Less boring than driving up and down the strip again.
More gang places (ganton, whole of East LS)
More mafia places
et cetera.
