Why i cant upload picture on File Upload or http://files.sa-mp.im/ ?

What do you mean that you can't upload pics ? Can you explain a bit more ?

every i click http://files.sa-mp.im/ i cant select files , that why ?

Turn off your popup blocker.
Sometimes popup blockers will prevent the image upload window from appearing. You can also add Blogger.com as an approved site in your popup blocker settings, so you don't have to disable it entirely.

• Delete cookies and cashes from your browser;
• Use any other web-browser;
• It's probably caused by internet lag so try fixing that if you have;
• Make sure you are uploading images (.gif/.bmp/.jpg./.png etc)

This should work, I had the same issue on my other PC solved it by Deleting all cookies, and using a other internet browser.
