Can i have Two Account ?

You can, as long as your previous account isn't IP banned



You'll also have to deal with two separate characters, you cannot share money between them, you cannot talk to people IC in one account and claim that you know them in another account, basicly, don't mix them.

You're IP banned, therefore you can't evade and create a new account

No, unless your IP is unbanned, which from what I saw on your appeal, you'll have to wait 1 month to at least APPEAL to get it unbanned.

You are IP Banned wich means that you are NOT allowed to play on italy mafia on any account untill your ban expired.
You may play when you are unbanned and at that moment you may play on more than 1 account, though you have to bare in mind that you are not allowed to transfer money to the accounts and do not mix between them, they are two other accounts and IC two other persons.
