Hey,i have formatted my Laptop yesterday,and i installed windows 7 ,and after i installed SAMP,
I kept Crashing,any solutions?

Go to your SAMP directory find "samp.exe" Then go Right Click over "samp.exe" > Properties > Compatibility; Select [Run this Program in compatibility mode for :
Then choose Windows 98/Me and go a bit down and Select "Run This Program as an Administrator"
Press Apply, Ok.
Enjoy playing SA-MP.
NOTE:

Run as Administrator mode Click Right gta san search combability and use administrator mode its for windows 7 i think are work

I don't think that it's your internet , it happened to me before but i fixed in that way that i've posted it before, maybe you can try them.

One more thing,I can't jump anymore the boutton SHIFT on the left doesn't work :/

Fix at your controls ?!
Esc - Options - Controls - Jump - LSHIFT (?)

Trapy i cant fix it, it doesnt work... and i lookd from the video again dont worked..

Reinstall SA into a different directory
Rename your current SA directory

Code: Select all

More detailed explanation -

Go into your C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games (or where ever you keep the GTA SA directory)

Add a "2" to the end of your directory name so it says, "GTA San Andreas" to "GTA San Andreas 2".

Right click your SAMP and/or GTA SA shortcut and in the "target" and "Start in" boxes, add a 2 to the end of "GTA San Andreas" again. (example - Target: "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas 2\samp.exe")

SAMP will say it can't locate your directory and a menu will come up asking you to select the directory. Select the "GTA San Andreas 2" folder.

You should be able to play now.

- Then try that method.
