So, my SA-MP kinda fucked, when I try to open it, it doesn't open me the SA-MP window, instead, it opens the IG window and attempts to join the address :7777 .
I don't know why, I reinstalled SA-MP 3 times to the newest version of it, still doesn't let me play on other servers, besides that " :7777 "

Okay.. if you can re-install gta do it, delete it re-install it SOMEWHERE ELSE, and then download a new samp client not the one you got already, and put it in the new gta's folder, Then give it a shot it might work.

I understood like Single Player loads instead of SA-MP;
If it's that:

Single player can load for 2 reasons - you have installed SA:MP to the wrong folder or you have the wrong version of San Andreas. If you have the wrong version it's easy to fix. . Click here to download the downgrade patch.
Or sometimes the single-player menu will be shown, but SA:MP will have in fact loaded properly. To fix this you simply need to select an item on the menu then press esc until you're out of it, then SA:MP will proceed to load.

Re-installed GTA.
