Which operating system you use ?

Delte again gta unistal .goto mydocuments delte user files makke another folder where you instal gta and its work i think . if are not work try put another ped.inf .. search another ped on google good luck

Have you deleted the previous one or you added K3lroy's ped.ifp without deleting the previous one?

It's not my first time adding mods and that deleting that shit from documents is nothing and wont help you...

I already did that several times, that is deleting it and adding Kelroys... And it's not the first time that I added it, I had problems with mods with high quality shit like ENB and ELM and such giving me a lot of crashes.. So I reinstalled GTA few times and everything from my system, but I'm not sure why do I get crashes now... ^.-
