What's the ranks in SAN , I'm going to apply so I wanna know the ranks in it lol

That is something you must find out In Character mate, or, at least ask Directly to a member of SAN, as the ranks can be changed anytime.

Ranks are confidential, you are only able to see the ranks if you are an employee of SAN.

So you will mix the OOC knowledge in IC application?

This most be found out In-characterly as stated above. (Visit SAN's 'office' - talk with a member, even ask a friend if they know, but IC-ly)
It'll be considered as
metagame if you're told the ranks OOC-ly and you use them IC-ly.
