Can't retrieve a password from PD website [answered]

Well, i havn't used the PD website for a while and i forgot my password, so i tried to get a new one. But everytime i type in my email and click send credintials, nothing shows up in my email. Do passwords usually take awhile to get to an email?
FYI: Ive tried it five times and i still get nothing.
