Is it PG to drive away while being aimed with a deagle on you when the criminal is OUTSIDE your vehicle and your windows are rolled up?

IMO yes, i think you can't do anything while being aimed on, imagine it in real life - The shooter could just shoot you through the car or hit something vital from your car.

It should depend on your character's braveness, but it's like everyone is brave on Italy Mafia.

Exactly, that's why i said "in my opinion". It's the best to just wait till an admin replies here.

Depends on the position:

Considering that the gunner is on the side window, he won't have time to shoot if the man steps on the gas, as shooting a gun is a voluntary action, and his reaction time + time for the bullet to exit the chamber and hit the car will matter. This is s small ammount of time, but depending on the car, the car might already be "far" from the "hittable" zone. That is, no headshot.

Now, considering you are infront of the car, definently PG, as even if you try to run him over, you get a bullet on your nose

Depends, if he is like /me puts his gun against the glass pointing towards ...'s head. Then you are one frame away from dying, and driving away would be PG because if he pulls the trigger, you'd be dead.

But if he's like randomly aiming at you without any roleplay, who cares, step on it.

I already had a similar situation, admin came and said it wasn't PG. I RPed aiming a gun at him, he didn't rp only throttled and it wasn't considered PG..so...its not PG I think...

Unless you get admin permission (if needed) and host a roleplay installing bulletproof windows with evidence (screenshots) of the roleplay. Other then that its powergame since bullet though glass it like a knife though butter.
And it depends on the actions and postion of the gun man, it is possible to work your way around this unless their is no distactioms to the gun man to open you escape.
