Won't be easy to create one espically not, if you've never used this progam before.
There are plenty of people creating these '' cool pics '' though, you could PM them.

If you want a signature PM meh..
And download photoshop cs6 if you want to make cool text

Mati is a pro. But you can still make signatures in cs4 or 5 but cs6 is the best
