I was wondering, why were the bicycles removed from IM ?

Too much abuse. The tires couldn't be popped + you could hop over walls, making it possible to avoid & get away from everything and everyone.

How about lower the height of the jump ability on the bicycles? Isn't this possible ?

I would love to see them back, the bikes were pretty fun. I wouldn't like it if the jump height was lowered though, wouldn't be the same thing.
