hey where exactly is the thief job can someone please tell me I've looked everywhere

I suppose you can't really find out IC, so here:

At the bottom right of the map you can see a red circle which is where the job is located.

You can use /helpme click then on "thief" and a red dot will appear on your mini map.
Go to the red dot and follow the instructions. Use /jobhelp to get a little bit of information abou the job.

He already became a thief.

I think you can Lock&Archive as it's been answered...
