when i enter the server the screen is white and then gets in the SAN ANDREAS not SAMP what to do?

Start as administrator, and re-install SAMP

This is a famous problem, download the file here - http://files.sa-mp.com/gtasapatch.zip and when you done, install it and this will be fixed.

It's not a problem, it's just every GTA needs to be patched from version 2.0 to 1

Anytime you re-install GTA and add SA:MP you have to patch it with that patcher Andrea provided.

after i installed it i put it on the desktop should i open the patch? cause its still doesnt works

You open the .rar and click on the .exe

You then have to select the directory of your GTA:SA and then click 'Patch' to begin.

I've done that and it sys invaild directory.

watch properly you have to click on the program files x86 and then select the gta sa directory

Simply, re-boot.
