UCP Feature: Support tickets

Hello,
as you may have noticed, the "account problems" section is pretty much a huge mess. Due to that, we introduce a support ticket system which will facilitate admins' work.
Should you encounter any issues which previously belonged to "account problems" or similar, please open a support ticket. If you have an open ticket and an admin replies to it, you will also get a notification by email in order to speed up the entire process.

The "account problems" section will be closed and all open issues disregarded.

It's nice indeed, but deleted the previous refund requests when there was still open was disappointing because people like me who delete screenshots can't apply for a refund since I do not know the link. Bare in mind my refund request was open for at least four months..

Not only LSRP, other SAMP RP servers have it, but that doesn't matter does it?
