No, the server is up and working. Your problem occurs when you have a huge connection-lag.

Server working for us, maybe you have high ping or problem try fix your connection or keep refresh

Are you sure that you are using the right version of Sa-mp.

That was probably due to lag (slow connection) - happens to me a lot of times; restart your game.
Anyways, it has been over 5 days - any updates Nicholai?
