My IG graphics doesn't look very nice with small squares not clear.
For example look at my ss-es and look at anti's ss-es and see the diferences.So how can I fix this?

Go IG press ESC then go Options>Display Setup>Advanced; and fix the Visual FX Quality and the resolution.

This happened to me before. It got fixed over time somehow.

Visual FX Quality is Very High and resolution is 1360 x 768 x 16 .

Can you post a SS of how it looked before and now?
Change your resolution to x32 not x16
