I dont have a house but still wanna know please.

Let's say i have a house and a garage, can i do so myself ofcourse and a friend can be able to go into the garage and take cars but not others?

Cause i know i can open / close the garage but then evryone can take my cars i dont want that

i want only my friend to be able to do it, without like duping keys to him.

And if i close my garage no one can go in right ? and if i open it again... evryone can go in and take cars ? please explain about that abit. Thanks

If you buy a house you can set a rent price and have your friend quickly /rentroom and then you could take the house off rent so only the people who rent (You and him) would be able to access the house and garage.

oh i see so i set a rent price and let him rent a room and just delete the " rent system " and he still rent at me ? and be able to go to garage

Yeah, whoever is renting at the house can access the house / garage - even if it's locked. Basically you can /rentprice 1 - let them /rentroom, and then you can /rentprice 666 - which disables the renting. Even if the renting is disabled he'll still spawn there, and be able to access house/garage.

The server is down at the moment, we've to wait until woot restarts it.
