There are some questions that i would like to ask, Are your faction leaders allowed to know if you have been /report. There is a situation where i have been kicked from a faction due to the "high number of ooc reports". I find this very unfair as this is meant to be "private" Information, and could be considered as "Mixing" Could it not? I am not allowed to know who has reported me yet people are allowed to know that i have been reported by practically private messaging, /report.... Logic? I do not think so. I am ashamed to say that someone has given this information to my faction leader and got my kicked from it, any suggestions?

A leader is allowed to /uninvite whoever he wants to. Even if you did nothing he is still allowed to FK you. It is obviously stated in Faction Rules if you've read them.

Contact your faction leader about it and discuss it with him.

No chance. Oh well. I don't understand, is that not mixing? Kick me from my job IG for /reports (OOC).

It's so easy to join a faction no need to cry about one /uninvite.

No my friend; the faction is lead by a leader, therefor it's only up to the leaders whom manage their factions. They're free to uninvite whoever they want.
