Well , there was SASF Recu, at 20:00 IG time i came at 19:57 and enter the recu and i was with last mens " About 12 mens " well anyway the light in egypt went out alot of times in a day like today it cut 2 times anyway at 21:15 around that time after 1 hour and 20 min something like that the light went out and i tryed to contact the SASF Charge that was leading us but he was /togpm so i tryed to contact admin he told me to pm a guy i tryed to pm him he log off ! then he told me to MSG Him the charge " Mason " i told him don't know his full name he told me his full name i pm him but i ask a guy that was with me , he told me that all of us accepted but the light went off at that time what should i do now ??

You're not the only one that had such an issue. So many others got crashed before and they rarely got re-TPed there. Just attend the next session and that's it.
