Everytime i open forums, i see this white searches box, Anyone facing same problem or knows how to fix/get rid of this?

You're probably using a proxy, which has it's advertisements. (any other site)

Change your settings on Google Chrome. Disable display related searches.

Also, try to check if you installed any adware, those are annoying, maybe a plugin?

Probably a Google extension. Perhaps you installed something, where you without knowing it, agreed to have a search engine installed on your primary browser.
