I have found out that even though lower levels may have given a decent report, higher levels will always win the report. This has happened twice, and i have been jailed for stupid reasons for example i "DDB" on a sasf officer or whatever, when i was laggy, gave proof that i lag on the server and i am still jailed, when the offender has screen shots from somone else's screen- makes sense? Yet i was jailed for 3 hours, and yet there is no proof i would want to even kill an army officer, i also did not even know him. In the English Criminal law, one must be found guilty for why they would do it, and if they really did do it, and without one or the other the person can not be sent to "Jail".

They aren't. The reason you got jailed is because there's plenty of people around that make up excuses for everything, trying to talk themselves out of it. If one person doesn't get jailed because he said he ''lagged'' alot of other people are going to do the same & this is where the bitching begins, as why 1 person got jailed and the other one didn't even though they had the same problem / excuse.

Depends how good your proof is. A simply screenshot of your ping or a video of your FPS lag wont suffice. You're going to need proof that proves your innocence of that same scenario.

You had proof for lagging, that's no proof for not DBing. It's still an excuse, many DB for no reason and therefore one might be jailed for it even though he didn't have a reason/motive to do it.
As for being a low level, most random DBs are done by low levels, newbs who came from DM servers.. As for older players, with a clear past.. they are more trusted as they have proven themselves as players who follow the rules, therefore they are more likely to be believed by admins.

Look right now its not going good for me ok. Its just been a series of unfortunate events me getting dmed nothing happens, and then i do something i get banned kicked from faction. So i have given up on reports even if my chances are high, wait does that mean you will still get full punishment for DDB even though you were lagging? I feel atleast i get some company and friendship :L from this thread....

Start making screenshots when someone does something out of line. Admins barely respond to /report nowadays for some reason because they're busy with themselves. Yes, it's wrong but there's nothing we can do about it.

I get a lot of spam, I get IRC, /ask, /f, the occasional /report spree against a level 1, /r and /d fights and finally, PM spam of "y u deny me u jerk?".

Well, from what I've seen in some SSs of Admins, they get some weird things about money and possible hack detection or whatever that is, not to mention the /Reports. Doesn't surprise me mate

That's for hackers. Ofcourse you can't let hackers go around annoying every single player that's online just because the admin's in an IC situation. I'm talking about regular rulebreak reports. But let's just leave it as it is as this'll cause alot of offtopic replies n I don't know what else.

Just quit the retarded behaviour. Last SASF recruitment you got rejected, and you came back several times to terrorize the crowd. Not only you were caught in the act, but also many others. By returning and crashing helicopters into people, you interrupt someone's roleplay.
My point is, respect others to be respected.

The reason why no action is taking from newbie reports, is because..

• They lack evidence. Ex: Only posting a screenshot of chatlogs, or w/e.
• False report. (Not enough knowledge about the server rules) Ex: Reporting someone for deathmatch, for punching you.
• Unable to elaborate when happens. Ex: Poor English (writing skills).

Well in some cases I would agree, but in yours I wouldn't, for me I was banned (ip) for 4 weeks saying something was a ic matter, I reported that admin ( he knows who he is) and I found out "hackers" got shorter band than me, did this admin hate me or????? That something else that u need to know, plus you must a vailed reason to report a admin, I would of done the same the past as you, got mad and blew up sasf recruitment, I did it 10x more than you, (Jonny Johnson)y point is I agree but you were jailed for a valid reason, plus it was mass dm so be lucky u off with a jail not a ban mate

The thing is though i was mad, because i got accepted and he said all those standing forward leave, yet i was standing back then he game specifically to me out of the like 30 people and told me to leave, anyone knows why? No just plain "leave". And The sasf shot me down not my fault.

I think sasf are Mgers ( I went to the recruitment hmm 4 times with different names) they still diend because of my past as "Jonny Johnson. " let's just say if this happends again I think I might take it to k3lroy, I can't be diend due to a dead old player I was on, that's using ooc information to your advantage ic, ic if they say leave you can, but if their doing the same what they do to me it's unfair and sasf should be acted on as people, but admins don't care, I can roleplay now but it's annoying when I get called retard and a non Rper dmer. In your case it's different as they asked you to leave IC so their allowed to, unless their Mging your level, but I recall your a good rper
