You able to /pm admins about these houses? Or are they always just gonna be like that?

No, the houses will be sold or put on sell whenever woot feels like it.

Or they will disappear and you'll have to donate to get a house there again.

I wasn't planning on buying one, was just curious that the player is evicted from it for being inactive but then the house just sits there with nothing in it and no one able to buy it.

You should not PM admins about these unowned houses/businesses. They will be sold when woot feel like selling them. You can probably donate for one of them
