Minimize and wont open [windows 8]

When i press Alt + Tab the game minimizes but when i tried to open it back up it wont,when i open task manager and look at it,it sayd Not responding but i leave it for like 4 minutes it pops up.

Possible solutions :
- Run SA-MP as administrator.
- Run SA-MP in the compatibility mode.
