Player "Y" Is cashing after Player "X" to kill him for an in character reason.
Player "X" runs inside a house and Player "Y" rent at the house in order to get inside because the house is closed.

Is this allowed or must it be roleplayed? Example;
** Player "Y" : Runs towards the front door kicking it with his right leg causing the door to swing open **

Noticed many people have been just renting at houses to get inside and wondering if its allowed or not.

There's no rule against that. I remember a few years ago, I found a house that was locked but had rent. So I rented and there was 100K Sellables waiting for me ^^
