Kill List bug

I've reinstalled GTA and I can't see the kill list anymore, no, F9 doesn't work. Help?

Could it be that, the scripting that causes the killist to show up been removed? No idea how to help, dropping some ideas for googling..

delete USERDATA.txt under SAMP
delete gta_sa.set under GTA San Andreas
delete gta_sa.set under GTA San Andreas

Before uninstalling your GTA did you delete your GTA user files?
Did this one more time and got fixed.

I can't find the Gta_sa.setOak wrote:delete USERDATA.txt under SAMP

Tried doing everything above, nothing works.
