So i want to buy a new PC since my laptop is almost dead.. And im not the best so what shall i buy? I got a stationary to upgrade with new stuff. The PC do not need to be the best of best, just a okay good PC that can run some games like League of legends etc etc you know.

I use it to play Black ops 2, its the only game i play what needs alot

That's maybe a bit overkill for your usage but, I rather call it futureproof. With that setup you will be able to run GTA V, Watch Dogs, w/e, without any problems.

You can buy a decent computer for 700 euros, I bought mine (brand new) for around 700 euros and it works fine with almost all games, though I don't really recommend it as I can't run Battlefield 3 on highest graphics without getting FPS drops (for an example) and so on.
It also depends where you live, some countries have cheaper computers, gear etc.
You could also buy a used computer from E-Bay or wherever you want, and just upgrade it with a graphic card and w/e you want, instead of just buying a brand new. Everything's depends on whice games you are gonna play.

Build your own. Walk outside in your city and search for PC shops. Write their prices down and compare where you should order/buy the parts. After you decided and bought, go to Youtube and seach ' How to build a computer ' . This is what my friends did and I am going to do when I'll have enough cash.

use most of ur money on the cpu and gfx. mb,ram etc can be cheap

With 777 euros (In Greece) you can make this. I am thinking of making one like this for myself.

As he said, he wants to upgrade his computer. Not buy a whole new setup. The parts I put together is in DKK, he is from Denmark. Plus, the parts I put together for him is the top of the budget class if I may say so. The parts you put together is from the last generation and simply sucks.

As mentioned above, use pricing websites. To get a more professional advise and overview, ask in computerizing forums.

Danish company selling computers purely made for gaming, the parts are combined into perfect gamer pc's, each one gets stress-tested for days and overclocked so that it runs better than basic computers, you are also able to buy gaming laptops if you prefer that.

u can find a good gaming pc for around 550-750€ there.
and they are currently running some campain so u get some free stuff when u buy pc's from there, such as the new splintercell and other stuff
