what is it [Minimum Increment between bids] in sanBay

It is decided and set by you.

That is the auctioneers' choice.
The guy who sells it can choose how much the minimum Increment is.

another question ,, when someone tell me a good offer the admin tell him winer and at last it is expired not sold why? and if it is sold where did the money go??

When you sold something to someone, you have to take it IC. Something like ''/c *the guy his number*: Hey, you have got the winning offer on my SanBay auction!''.

so it cant be sold in sanBay except i take his phone and sell it him IC? ... but there some thread admin write sold then these items sold in sanBay or what?

If the player did not put his number with his offer, it will be automatically invalid according to the terms and rules of SANBay. An item can be sold after being put in auction when the auction expires. Selling it before the expiration date may result to the author being punished by admins.

if i put my car in cheep price and someone wins is it given to him atomaticly and the money given to me even we was offline or i take his phone and call him IC and sell it him?? can any thing sold in forum??/

Nope, you have to take it IC.

No. In SanBay you can auction your items.

Once there is a winner, all you need to do is to contact him by In Character ways (=SMS and/or phone call ) and sell your item for the decided price.

Question 1 = As stated set by the author of the item being auctioned.

Question 2 = Is done IC , all payments are done IG.
