trail-basic-senoir-head-owner ? and the other admins ranks

Just a few commands and honours.
For example, Helpers/Trials/Basics/Seniors can change the name of people under level 4. Lead,Head and Owner can change anyone.
I'm not sure if we can share other commands they have though

They differ in the commands. Example:
Trial can't IP ban while basic + can IP ban.
Basic can't start an event while senior+ can start an event.
Senior can't admin-uninvite someone while lead+ can admin-uninvite someone.
