Forbidden error on forum page

Sometimes when I try to open a different page or even try to open the forums I get a message saying "Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server." What is causing this?

Happens to me all the time,just "rape" refresh button.

Anti DDOS. If you refresh the site too often in a timespan, you get that.
