Alright, as noticed in last few months, there is a huge, and I mean huge amount of power ranks. What I noticed people do, is start an unofficial, lead it for some time, join a official faction, with his guys, and get a tier 1 in the same day as he's the boss of his faction. That's non-sense, and just an excuse to power rank. That's what henry(vincentgambino) did to luc nucci(the dilimore crew) and that's what paulo clemente did to henry scalfano as stated by mati who is in their faction. and it wasnt just henry, it was some other guy dragan or w/e with him. so what i'm asking here, what the hell is the management doing, like they don't give a fuck about factions anymore, and don't control them almost at all. This is just a funny thing, and i'm really interested, what's wrong why nothing happens to these faction leaders and so on....

only nino can take care of these things, at least i think so.

It's deserved IC, as they were IC the "captains" of his faction (sub groups that is ), just needed a OOC feature to make people "whine"

How the hell did they deserve it when they even werent there when others were. They judt come amd get the t1.

It's like merger of two multi-nationals.
The other company's CEO gets a higher position in the company that they merge into- that doesn't change the fact that the janitor of the company that took over the smaller one stands higher chances of getting that position.

In my eyes those tier 1s are well deserved.
That's how crew system works, still it's upto faction leader though.
IRA has merged crews within them without giving them t1s or anything like that.

And we do care about factions. Nino is just back as head of illegals and takibg care if them in his own way. Needless to mention Nino's current situation doesn't allow him to be as active and fast as you may want him to be.

There was no power rank issue..Henry has known Luc for like 8 months and he was never FKed. The problem was the tier1 and I removed it solving the report. Not to mention he was T1 before so it obviously wasn't the way you put it.

Henry, the tier was the problem yes. You know 90% of your own faction hates you right? OOC I mean before you start with the crap about how we should be afraind and shit. You have no attitude to your own members, ebethough they do whatever you tell them to do, the only problem was nobody was able to lead shit except donatello and me later, but even that didnt fit you, removing my tier 1 because you didnt see how I earned it. Bs. I could talk with you and about your leadership for a year but no sense. Anyway, thanks for the answers, lock it.
