That list is over how much it costs to upgrade your house. If you do /house upgrade at your House Icon, it will upgrade your house.
If you want to map the house, you'll have to map it yourself or request help from another player who is skilled at mapping and apply for your custom mapping here: viewforum.php?f=35
I don't get that question where you ask if you can choose the location?

That is incorrect. It works like this: You go to your own house and you simply stand on your House Icon like this:
The next step is to type /house upgrage - This will pop up if you type /house upgrade ontop of your house icon.

Now if your house is for example Level 20, you can choose if you want to lower the level of your house or pay the amount of money to upgrade your house to another level. It's totally free to lower the level. But if you want to upgrade it to a higher level, you'll have to pay the correct amount of money to upgrade your house to another level and a different kind of interior. There's no need to /charity the money. Bare in mind to have the amount of money with you to upgrade your house to another level other than lowering the level.

Yes, I'm not sure if they have to be scripted or not. But if you're going to do this, make sure to SS just in case the interior doesn't change by itself.
@ Carlos. Do you want a brand new house located anywhere that you want and any level of interior that you want?
It doesn't work like that to /charity 500k to get a house with interior level 1. That list is only for how much it costs to upgrade your interior.

Unfortunately not. You'll have to buy your own house and after you've bought it, IF you wish to lower the level to 1, you can do that.
