you can make an ban appeal

put this SS it will be helpfull since your name not on ban list

I saw your appeal and in your SS it clearly shows who banned you, the reason, your IP etc. It shows that you were banned for Advertising, so change your title to this: - " [Yards-sama] Azlan_Lanz - Advertising "
Simply open up your appeal thread again, and on look where it says 'Edit' on the bottom of your post. Use that to change the format.
Keep up to date with your appeal and wait for the admin who banned you to reply.

Also edit your time and date to the correct date and time. It clearly says on the screenshot that you were banned 2013-07-24 @ 05:51.
