How long times does a support ticket take before you get an answer i have waited 5 days, Not that i have bad patience, but that is only for an answer not for a resolve. thanks!

It depends on what it is about. If it's something related to the management / woot it cant take days.

Admins have ALOT of work to do. Just be patient and I'm sure they'll take care of your request
