Possible metagame?

if there is a gunfight, for example ; me vs someone within leone.
the leone member uses /laptop to call backup.
after i kill him and he accepts, 5 seconds after that 2 leone quickly get out and start shooting me.
IC, his body is still there, unless discarded, but no one does that.
Is it metagame, since a law enforcer would try to help the dead instead of kill them?

I've honestly understood everything except the meaning of your question. But I'm going to explain it according to what I've concluded:
"Is it metagame, since a law enforcer would try to help the dead instead of kill them?"
- Well, it's 50% meta-game as the Leone members are (IC) doubting if it's the LEO or someone else who killed their friend. They, though, meta-game that through the kill-list as it would show who killed their friend. Most reports like this one get solved by an ajail for Metagame and Deathmatching as they killed him for an invalid roleplay reason (caused by MG).
To resume, yes it's meta-game, but there are some exceptions.

I think what he is trying to say is:
- A Leone member gets into a gunfight with 2 SASF members but, backups before he is injured.
- A couple of Leone members come to back him up but, he has already accepted death.
- They see two SASF members walking away so shoot at them.

If that's the case, no, that wouldn't be metagame. IC his body is still there and is freshly been wounded.
Your friend calls backup, you come there to see him in a puddle of blood with two SASF walking away. What else could you expect?

I reckon some faction recently done it to him and he was killed... Now he's a little butt hurt.

It isn't MG in my opinion as Andre stated above his body still would be there and it would be obvious who murderd him I doubt SASF walks away without calling the EMS ( Doubt they'd respond ). Anyways it wouldn't be MG in my opinion anyways I want an admin to repy here to confirm it.

Yeah, Though I hardly report anything if it doesn't effect my gameplay on the long run.

It's MG, But hardly people can be jailed for it. It's like following a faction leader due to his red name. People can't know you mg his tag to follow him. They look in kill log And see your name. Witch is mg obvious. But you have no proof that he Saw at the log.

In my opinion it is'nt a metagame, IC the corpse/body will still be in the ground, so will the bullets.
I think they're able enough to understand that it was the SASF soldiers, since they was the only one who was nearby.
