Saw this section, I can ask what I want even it isn't related to the server? If I'm wrong you can lock it without notice..
My facebook became shit since I deleted some unnecessary files/apps/drivers from my PC so I can speed it up, I used "tune up quick maintenance" to fix the PC problems and I used "Add/Remove programs" from Control Panel to delete the unnecessary files/drivers and after that this happened. So, I'm afraid that I deleted some drivers that was useful, plx help.
Note: The weirdest thing is that when i log in on my fb profile it works, everything is normal. But when i log out that white color and black text shows up and when I try to log in on other profile it doesn't works.. That's what I can't understand..
+ I re-installed all of my browsers.
you must to refresh or relog its FB problem not PC or internet it can happen at any PC

if its did not work
try to open
m.facebook.com like for 10 sec (try to log in)
then go back to your normal fb not mobile , if did not work try to clear everything from ur browser
cookies , downloads,history , etc or re-install browser
