i mean when it is accepted and they call me IC , what should i do ,, example : [farmer: go to farm ride the combine write /engine , write /startharvest then walk above the check points and at the end he take 5k ] tell me about SAN like that example

most of your work will be RPing and you will learn SAN cmds and start using them

IF you get accepted you will be called to go there for a job interview, although that'll most likely wont happen as you're not ready for it yet.

Not very hard. Just apply common sense and put some goddamn effort into it. Plus you need to have some writing skills since most likely you'll be writing an article (or parts) for LST.

Answer on your question: SAN is the first rank. The meaning in SAN is that you got to find news, and publish it on the forums (website) and handle SanBay as a fulltime job. You also got to interview persons FOR your articles, most likely.
