How do I craft weapons? Or just a deagle to myself?

You need materials. They create weapols for you. Check newbie guides section for more information about the material runs.
You can buy materials from faction members or players. They mostly advertise for it on /ad.

This way or you can apply for weapon license (If they accepted you) you can get weapons legal not illegal.

I have been thinking of this. But how easy is it to get weapon license? I would like a weapon license so I can buy weapons to defend myself.

It is definitely valid. Actually, if you check othe accepted applications you'll most likely find the sale eeasons explained in different ways.

and if u suck at writing buy some mats like 35K for 2M and get 1000 deagle
