Simply when I try to connect to any server it says "Unable to execute" (?). First time this happens to me so IDK what to do..

That has no relation with the game. It's a SA:MP issue.

This happens when i try to run it via admin mode..

Run both samp and gta_sa.exe as administrator mode and without any compability mode.
BTW, end gta_sa.exe as process ( CTRL + ALT + DELETE --> Task Manager--> Processes --> search for gta_sa.exe and end it )

I've said this before and i'm saying it again, when something is fucked up with my GTA/SAMP i just reinstall, first GTA and if it still dosen't work reinstall SAMP too and drive it as admin and it shall work fine. The bad thing is you might have some mods and they will disappear though as you maybe already is aware of.

As Virtuale said, try to re-install your GTA and your SAMP as well, it might work

Come on people stop suggesting stupid things like reinstall your GTA .. there are other short ways around, like ending the process of gta_sa.exe or run both samp and gta_sa.exe as administrator mode without any compability mode, Im sure this'll fix his problem, atleast a way better and shorter than reinstalling his GTA.

Did you re-install the GTA and the SAMP? if you still have problems, post here the SS.

Try changing the wallpaper xD

It might have happened because of the gta_sa.set file in your GTA SA User files.
C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files
Try removing it and try to join the servers again, if it doesn't work, reinstall your sa-mp, it only takes a few seconds.

It was a PC issue, I've given it to the service company and it'll be fixed.
