If you don't log in for 2weeks all houses/businesses will be removed. Before you want to leave server for 2weeks you need to do some SS's about your houses/businesses, when you come you need to make a Support Ticket for Request Refund.

No. If you were banned you wont get refunded. But if you had a good reason you may fill up a support ticket, and may be refunded.

Yes you get the money that house was sold for. It might be above the price you've bought the house for and below it.
