why admins are so slow in answering players?

why admins are so slow in there work ,, cuz from 3 days i make an appeal and they didnt answer untill now and many people making threads and admins dont answer it ,, where are you zaider , you was the only one who do your work perfectly

Well, if you did'nt know Zaider decided to leave the admin team.
Anyways..
The admins answer at your appeals/reports when they have time.
They are'nt always "gamers" they have a life you know

i know but 3 day is big number there is palyers make thread at 24/7/2013 and admins didnt answer yet BE FAST they have life i know but i saw them browsing the forum alot and they didnt do any thing

Well in temrs of support tickets they are indeed slow i made a ticket like 3 weeks ago about a 17,000,000 lost becuase of server crashed and ive just recieved the 17m yesterday from woot and i love WOOOT great owner even thoe he/she [ his gender say female] is always busy irly i hope he/she can play fully for a week or so (Y)

Yes , be patient, they have a lot of reports/appeals to answer everyday.
They will answer you'rs from 1 day to 1 week - No longer.

Admins are volunteers, which means they're not paid a single nickle for their contribution to the server. Therefore you cannot expect them to offer you super speedy service at all times, as they have other things to do (Real life, other admin stuff, enjoying the game themselves ... etc)
It is also needed to mention that banned players (that are banned for a valid reason), is
not on top of their "to-do" schedule, and some admins even like to have players waiting a while to make them understand it's not a good reason to rulebreak/whatever you might have done

If you didn't want to wait you shouldn't have gotten banned in the first place.

They aint slow, they just dont want to reply your thread. Especially when you try to speed it up. More you do to get it checked the more time it will take for it.

Admin are busy all the time for doing works so you have wait and they will.

True, plus admins have other things to do like roleplaying and stuff, they also have to do things like look after the dealerduty, like zaider and other stuff, admins dont just deal with reports and appeals they deal with other stuff, so i would say to you to wait, maybe not more than a week but i got made to wait 4 weeks for a appeal, just think yourself lucky mate.

Basically, admins are really busy, and I belive they won't answer you if they are RPing or doing something IC, and OOC they are busy with helping players and they can't help the whole players, you need to be patient

admin = player
admin = have a life
admin = want to have fun RPing
admin = works for free
admin = gets spam in PM , IG , /irc , etc
Admin will do his job and you just have to wait -_-
