recording ingame video and editing

I am thinking about shooting some footage ingame and editing it with some sort of software. I don't really need much, just record and and cut and maybe add some music. What is available for someone not so pro with those things? Oh and I would also like to add some narration or subtitles to it

Use Fraps to record your screen and also Windows movie maker to edit the video and to add songs the video, it's really easy, if you need help contact me via PM

I highly recommend you to use Dxtory in order to record. And 'Windows Movie Maker' in order to edit and add subtitles.

If that's the case, then s0beit should be allowed if you get admins' permission to use it. That makes no sense.

i use xfire cilent just press alt+w a window will show starrt recording after you done recording save your video and edit it on windows movie maker its that easy

Use 'First Person View', while recording. Will give your video a better look. (It's allowed)

Seriously, camhack is allowed only for pure entertainment purposes. S0beit gives you advantage, that's why it's not allowed.

Cam Hack to have a spectator view and Fraps (If you have a good computer) or DxTory (If you have a bad computer) to record.
Ask an admin if you could be in their view using it. It's very obvious if you abuse Cam Hack so I don't see what could go wrong as long as you're planning to use it under admin supervision for a fixed amount of time.
