Well ive been thinking about this rule recently,Why when someone suicide or accidentally fall off a building or something persons get jailed for it ; [Suicide to Avoid death] irly some people suicide or injured themselves to avoid Death or going to jail or just to escape

Do you think this should be a rule?

It's not disallowed to roleplay suicide. However if you RP suiciding to avoid an arrest, just so you can respawn, that is against the rules.
