If he RPs it before you execute him, I don't think so. That's just my opinion though.

I would say that if you take out a laptop, it would be PG. But not for the radio, so long as he roleplays it. I'm not sure, though.

Well according to SS it is. The command once you are dead is to /acceptdeath. So basically he was dead. He coudn't speak or do such a thing. I think it is.

Radio is ok..as it's just holding and pressing a button- however laptop is just no.

It's PG when you're heavily injured / bleeding or whatsoever I doubt you'd be able to take out your laptop and turn it on.
You might be able to use your radio though depends on the situation.

The whole /laptop backup itself is non-RP. We're a Light-RP server after all.

This is still PG, and from what I've seen. Such reports were resolved with actions.

Let me draw it for you guys. You've just been shot in a situation, where you have been holding your gun. The guys that shot you to the state-almost dead, are next to you, and in that state, and that situation, you gotta grab your radio to say something with your last drops of strength. That's just hilarious, and is powergaming. You can search for excuses, but it is PG eitherway.

just /laptop ---> Backup ... It's PG. I've already been jailed for taht and already saw others being..

However if you do something like /me reaches for his radio and pushes a small button on top of it. and after /laptop ---> backup... I think it's ok. However I think that only an admin will be able to clarify regarding this second situation.

EDIT: I simply don't understand how people still consider the /laptop automatic /me when calling backup. It's basically retarded. First it makes no sense at all to call a backup in a laptop. Either you call on a phone or on a radio. Second, taking in account the situations where ppl call backup in IM it makes no sense at all considering that he actually takes a laptop from his backpack and turns it on and calls backup. lololol
