I made my register and when i join i said you need to register what do i do ?

And then confirm your registration via your e-mail and then you're able to join the game.

I've had this too when I made an account a while ago, You just have to wait a few seconds. (Worked for me).

Did you active your account ?
You need first of all to active your account and then write the Username like you registered, it will work, also read the guide.

Author would have posted here if he felt like there still exists a problem within the registration process. Besides, I'd say it's answered as the guide provided explains everything in-depth.
