i have small screen its not working i did w/e to fix it not working

What do you mean by small screen ? Is it minimized?
If so, Alt + Tab works for me. Alt + Esc also works. If these don't work, perhaps it's in the game settings itself. But try this..Find the .exe file you're starting the game from, right click on it, and select it as maximized.

You just need to relog and it will be fine,
Press Alt+Enter and it will be big screen like you want.
Works?

Minimized? Press ALT + Enter while you're playing

If you still cant change it, delete your gta_sa.set which is located at My Documents --> GTA San Andreas User Files
After you delete it, open gta sa single player just to get a new gta_sa.set file, so then you can change the resolution of your game

One more thing, if it still not working, just re-install your GTA and it will work like you want,
Always when you want to fix something, easier thing it to re-install GTA

Re-installing his GTA for such a small problem like this is just a waste of time since he can fix it just by deleting 1 file and that's all.
