if someone is brothering me at forum and write at comments insults on me like [tots big nose and dick ...] someone is brothering me three times every times he insult me at [what would you choose] topic , but he didnt insult me with my dad and mum , he insult Me at comments , can i report him for brothering me and insults or what to do with him??

I would not take it as an insult if someone says I have a big dick, lol..
And it's not an insult if someone says that u have a big nose. I call my friend bignose all the time because his nose is bigger than a fucking rhino. It's like a jetplane... a roadtrain. He could kill people with that thing, it should be classified as a weapon.
