It is allowed to make a gun dealer job? :'D with persons that haves license?

As a player, you are already a gundealer OOC. It means you can use /sellgun command, but what you need to have is materials. You can buy materials from civilians or faction members. But the head providers of materials are faction members because only factions can do material runs.
Just like in real life, as a gundealer, you risk to be caught by cops. OOC, it's allowed to sell/buy guns illegally. But you should expect to be jailed by cops (IC) if they find out.
Or simply apply for a weapon license at http://pd.sa-mp.im/forumdisplay.php?fid=99 and once you get your license, buy legal items from legal gunstores. It'll be less risky.
