Well, I damaged by VGA cable and now the screen has a red tint. Is there anyway to fix this without getting a new cable?

I think not, because it"s the cable.

It depends on how damaged the cable is.

1. Are there are wired showing?
2. Are any of the pins in the connector broken?
3. Is the connector broken?

If it were me, I would go onto e-Bay and buy one from there -They are really cheap and good quality.

@Ray One of the ends are a little too "flexible" if you know what I mean. If I press it hard or rotate it or something, the color goes back to normal and when I release it, it goes back red. I know that the cables are real cheap but I won't be able to get one soon for some reasons.
@Noam I don't have any driver - related issues.
If there's an alternate method, and you know about it, then informing me would be helpful.

I'm afraid there is no sulotion but replacing the cable with a new one :/

No, the safest solution is to buy a new cable.

Cables aren't that expensive. Visit a shop nearby that sells it cheap, or go online then you'll find some reliable prices.

Well yes it is the wire i had the problem,the wire has a Shortage in it,f you play around with the wire like moving it or twisting it the moment you can see clear that means te shortage is right there

How can some software fix a hardware damage? You'll have to buy a new cable.

It can't, if a piece of hardware is broken you either fix it or buy a new one to solve it.

As it a color issue, I thought that there might be a way to solve it. Anyway, I bought a new cable so, lock this.
