If you need for avatar, the size is 130x130.

Just find the image you want and change the size of it from
http://www.picresize.com.

Just find an avatar of any size and resize it to 130x130 or lower. There are a lot of free softwares out there and you can also do it online. If you can't manage to get the size, then post the pic here and I will resize it for you.
