IC thing or against rules ?

now if like i paid a police officer some kind of money for tazer , he accepted the deal . he store the tazer (9mm) in a car and i took it , is that against server rules ? or its an IC things ?

That would be bug abusing. Which is a bannable offense. If this is possible to do, it's obviously a bug and needs to be reported as, none-LEO's are not supposed to handle tazers, just like it was for a sniper.

I remember me, raymond and few other mates did this, but we didnt got banned.

If Bill Davis will find out about this, he's going to be punished IC and OOC. This is abuse, as if it'd be allowed, everyone will do it.
